There are not many vendors I have worked with where I can say that the support I received from them has been great. I just wanted to thank you on the extraordinary job you did on rebuilding our website. We have been receiving compliments on the dynamic aspect of the site, and its ease of navigation. People seem to love how the navigation bar is logically oriented, whereas our site before was a hard to navigate mess.

I must apologize for the slow start in the beginning; we were not sure of what we wanted in our redesign of the site. But your initial question and answer sessions aided us in finding the right art direction. You understood that we’re not marketing/design gurus and you stepped in to guide us in establishing a specific target audience and design path.
